As long as I can remember, I observe. All my senses and my intuition were allowed to participate and I then wondered endlessly “why?” When growing up this initially led to a lot of knowledge. Then it led to even greater confusion. I learned to adapt and then I found myself again with the help of my ability to perceive.
“My great surprise about this and the conviction that things can improve significantly quite easily, have led me to set up our organization ..”
As a lawyer (private law) I worked in SME consultancy. I then became a mediator and dealt with conflicts in the business and labor area, but also with divorce and family disputes. Becoming interested in the motives of people, my path to coaching continued. Guidance from many different people led me to a discovery: the consequences of unrecognized high sensitivity and giftedness for people themselves but also for our society. My great surprise about this and the conviction that things can improve significantly quite easily, have led me to found our organization.
“In short, I would not want to miss my high sensitivity anymore!”
My own high sensitivity and learning path have motivated me to do something. Seeing and doing nothing was no longer an option for me. From the moment I found my inner peace I have benefited greatly from being highly sensitive. I work more efficiently, see where we need to go, make decisions easily, get to the core quickly and am allowed to work with a fantastic team for which following your intuition has become normal. It means honesty – because everyone knows when something is wrong -, paying attention to each other, learning with each other, seeing everyone’s talent and laughing a lot. In short, I would not want to miss being highly sensitive anymore!
